Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee is designed to provide our global clientele with absolute peace of mind. If your Aspect Pro-Travel gear does not meet your expectations for daily reliability, we are committed to a transparent and structured return process.
1. Eligibility & Quality Standards
To qualify for a formal return and a full refund to your original Stripe payment method, the following “As-New” conditions must be strictly met during our Quality Control (QC) inspection in Sauchie Alloa:
- Hardware Integrity: All zippers, buckles, and metal accents must be free of scratches or mechanical wear.
- Surface Condition: The fabric must be free from stains, scuffs, pet hair, or any signs of outdoor environmental exposure.
- Original Elements: The product must be returned with all original tags attached, branded dust bags included, and internal structural supports (paper/foam inserts) intact to prevent transit deformation.
- Non-Alteration: Items that have been washed, treated with chemical sprays, or modified in any way are ineligible for return.
2. The Return Protocol
To ensure your request is managed with engineering precision, please follow our four-step protocol:
Contact support@aspectheatingg.com with your Order ID and photos of the bag’s current condition.
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the secure shipping address for our Sauchie facility.
Ship the item using a tracked and insured courier. Aspect Heating is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Upon arrival, our QC team will evaluate the item within 3 business days.
3. Refund Execution & Stripe Timelines
Approved refunds are processed immediately through our secure Stripe gateway. Please take note of the following financial parameters:
- Method: Refunds can only be credited to the original card or payment account used at checkout. This is a non-negotiable anti-fraud measure.
- Banking Window: While our action is immediate, banking institutions typically require 5 to 10 business days to reflect the transaction in your balance.
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs and any applicable customs duties paid are non-refundable.
4. Faulty Goods & Engineering Warranty
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect (such as a seam failure or hardware malfunction), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. ASPECT HEATING LIMITED provides a 1-year limited warranty on all structural components of our daily carry collection.
