Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund to your original Stripe payment method, items must be returned to our Alloa facility in “Factory New” condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, dust bags, and internal structural supports intact. Items showing travel wear, stains, or damage from misuse will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved by our Quality Control team, the refund will be triggered immediately. Banking systems typically require 5-10 business days to reflect the transaction. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
